Heather Carr is the co-babe of Fable Fashion and the artist behind The Moxie Market! She has a proud collection of thrifted gems/ clothing, an ungodly amount of vintage film cameras, has a shrine for Austin Powers, and helps run a local coffee company's bakery as a cake decorator/ baker. Mixed media is the name of the game when it comes to her art styles and pulls inspiration from her interests in fantasy/psychedelic/paranormal/cryptozoology/extra-terrestrial lore!
